View details of our Change Makers
What is change and where is it needed?
Change is a term associated with the transformation of a system for its betterment.
Types of Change Makers
Exnora International has achieved most of its success through identifying and developing Change Makers of the Society. In Exnora parlance, there are two kinds of Change Makers. 1. Fully Voluntary & 2.Partly voluntary cum partly paid. Most of the Change Makers belong to the first category. But out of experience, it was found that the second category is also needed mainly for sustenance of the programmes / projects and giving one's undivided attention to it. At the same time the Volunteer cum paid Change maker programme also helped in employing the unemployed youth and enabled them to serve the society. The spin off of the programme was the Change Makers' individual development. They all grew in their knowledge and developed their leadership skills. Only those having flair for community service are selected for the position of Change Maker. Wherever the Change Makers were paid, the smooth continuity of the activities was there. Exnora International has always been in the forefront in the mission of saving planet Earth and the Change Maker Programme is aimed to bring about a 'Sea Change' in the Eco-Conservation Programmes. Importantly it covers better public sanitation through people's efforts.
